Uses lateral movement but will stand and fight in the pocket a lot. Good counter puncher. Average hand speed, below average power. Throws in combination but does get hit. Can be bothered by good pressure. Won a razor thin decision over Silva that could have gone either way. Lost a close decision to Blanc in a spirited scrap.
