Southpaw, powerful and straight left hand. Boxer-puncher. Gives ground and looks to walk you on to the left hand. Pretty good feet. Above average hand speed, average power. Good counter puncher, has a good uppercut. Stopped Aquino with a very short counter left hook. Dropped Baez with a good left uppercut and battered him for the stoppage. Had Sultan hurt at times and outlanded him but went down 4 times and lost a close decision in a good war. Hurt twice by Santillan left hands and lost a competitive decision.
