Long and tall but doesn't fight tall. Wants to come forward and look for the right hand. Average hand speed and power. Doesn't have great lateral movement and can have a hard time cutting off the ring. He's not hard to find, but he's tough. Thompson was quicker, more active and dropped Uzcategui with a right hand. Couldn't keep up with Shishkin's volume punching and lost a wide decision.
